19th Oct. Shanghai – GeoSolutions Holding N.V. and Sina jointly declared in Shanghai that a joint venture invested by both parties has been verified by all required Chinese administrations. At the time of this release, it has been formally founded. After experiencing a trial period of integrating the two companies’ products and teams, both parties are bullish on the development prospects of the joint venture.
